Here's a couple from yesterday. (Critique please)

The rest are HERE. (external link) Let me know if there are some others worth note.

The compression softened them up a bit but never fear, they are sharp enough.

the first one appears out of focus and the processing on all of them seem a bit flat. try working with curves and levels a bit to give them a bit more pop.

oh, 3 is a bit red...you can try the hue/saturation and select the red...then just desat a bit till the red is gone.

I like the images....

They seem flat... need to make them pop.

Peace.

I like all of them really.
As the other's suggested a little contrast to make them pop, I'd dodge the eyes to draw the viewer to her face. And #3 is red on my monitor as well.
They should be pleased with the pix.

Thanks for the comments. I agree that the poses are a little too grown up. I don't offer much direction for posing and she was pretty much in control of that. She was really treating this like a modeling shoot.

The first picture is especially flat due to lighting more than anything. If you look at the original on my site it is less so. The compression really hurts that shot. I just like the composition so the flat lighting had to do.

I dodged the eyes on 1 and 3 but maybe I missed #2 or they didn't lighten up well.

Thanks for the criticism. I will go back and play with number 1.

I agree. Poses aren't appropriate... they are soft and have very flat lighting. Skin tones also look a little warm on my calibrated monitors. Very cute kid though and she seemed to enjoy working with you.
