I've been feeling a really swamped lately so I haven't been putting photos up for critique. I guess I should, otherwise I'll be stunting my growth and learning.

So here's an e-session.
C&C greatly appreciated.

Hey there Lloyd! Nice to see some photos from you again - I was starting to miss it!

1. Nice B&W, but it's sort of difficult to make out the couple - they seem a little too dark. Maybe selective coloring on them would make them pop?

2. Love this one. I love the PP on it too. I think it'd be really nice if they were looking @ each other too.

3. Nice idea but I think you needed a bit of light on the guy's back. It blends in the stairs and makes it difficult for me to distinguish between where the couple starts and the stairs end. Like I said, I love the idea though - very creative.

4. Gorgeous shot of the couple. This is one they will definitely like.

5. Love it! Love your PP and the emotion coming through.

All in all, nice photos, but to be honest, I've seen better from you Lloyd.

Cut off feet are soooo "in" ;)!! I'll saw mine off just to be cool, cuz I'm not cool otherwise :p

#2 and #5 are my favorites :D

#1 I like. Like bcap said, may be adjusting the PP a bit to make the couple stand out?

For #3, I think if the flash was a bit higher, it would help a lot. I think the angle between the flash and the camera is a bit too strong, so it's a bit hard to see the couple. My first reaction was: "gee, just how are they positioned in this one!"

Thanks for sharing. I agree with bcap on all counts. I love the idea and comp in 3, but the lighting was a bit off. I think her shadow prevents us from seeing him. I really have to look at it to make out what's what. I like that you always have one shot that protrays scale...like in the first one. But, the couple is too dark in this particular one.
