Lightroom & Borders: Is it Possible?

Can anyone help me, I did a search but was unable to come up with the answer.

A while back I had read a thread which I believe mentioned that it was possible to add borders to pictures using lightroom.

Now I know this can be done for printing in that module but is it possible to do this another way for photos in the library or develop section. I haven't seen anything else on it so I dont know if perhaps I'm only mistaken in what I saw or if its something that can be done. I recall it had something to do with the identity plate but Im not sure.

I'd also really like to know this... currently I put borders on all my pictures in CS3 and it'd be really nice if I could do it in LR.

Only available in the Slideshow and Print modules as far as I know.

If you have an action made in PS, you can create a droplet and have it run automatically after export.
