Firmware 1.1.0 is now available on canon website:

It has all features of version 1.0.9 plus fixes a rare phenomenon in which the camera cannot start normally when the battery is inserted.

I'm still waiting to get MK3. All those euros in my wallet are no fun, but new camera is :).
