This setup will run extremely stable with a 25% overclock above stock with only a 3° C increase in CPU temp at 34° C while running Photoshop CS3.

I run a Dell Laptop, nothing too fancy.

Dell XPS M1710
Core 2 Duo 2.16GHz
2GB Memory
GeForce 7900 GTX 512MB
100GB 7200 RPM HDD

I plan on building a tower in the near future as the laptop is a company computer that I also use for my photography.

Danpass, I upgraded recently from a PC almost exactly like yours, except I had a P!!! processor. Same RAM and vid card. I still use it for web browsing and dedicate my PC (previous post) strictly for digital processing - therefore no Anti-Virus, firewall, anti-spam or anti-spyware running in the background.
