Man, I am telling you it worked the same way before. I would watch it change as I moved the other circle.

Maybe this was a bug that noone knew about, it only worked on some machines.

Now it's starting to make some sense; as are other seemingly quirky behaviours that may be machine specific (something I alluded to in previous post - on the other thread).

It surely didn't work that way on my machine in 1.0, but it is really nice to have it, whenever it arrived.;)

When did voluptuous become voluminous?

Great post - thanks for that.

Please don't take me wrong, but with such a long post it would be much easier to read if you added some extra line-breaks in the text to add a little white space between paragraphs.

Thanks

TJ

I know I copied it out of my blog and realized that, let me fix it now. The podcast is also up now on iTunes.

I would not worry too much jerad, there are half a dozen threads on this now and many links to articles.

I'm right there with Mike. The spot removal tool (clone/heal) always worked this way for me in LR 1.0. I could grab the edge of the circle to make it bigger or smaller after it was placed, and I could drag the circle around to a new location if I didn't like the spot LR selected for me. LR would show the preview of the new location as I moved the circle around.

FYI, you can also use the mouse scroll wheel to change the size of the circle as you are placing it over the spot. This makes it very easy to cover just what you need.

I know what!! We should take a poll to see how often it did or didn't work for all the users of LR 1.0. ;) ;)

We seem to have polls for everything else.

Thanks to Packhorse for the tip about chaning circle size with the scroll wheel - I'm going to try that right away.:)
