Never done one of these before, wanted to see if it would work. This is from 2 handheld shots so it doesn't all line up correctly. Does anyone know how to make the file smaller without losing all the detail?

The meter changed just because of her positioning and their is a discernible difference in the exposures.

I don't think it's possible with photos. either you can have good quality or small file size. gifs are normally terrible for images that have lots of detail. but unfortunately jpg format doesn't allow animation.
