lightroom 1.1 preset help

Right guys after all the reports of the new 1.1 i went out and bought it.

After a little playing around im starting to get the hang of it and i think its a great piece of kit the problem starts here, in cs2 i run a lot of actions so i thought id put some presets in that you guys have done.

The problem is in my 1.1 there is no develop preset file to drop the preset into it looks completely different setup to the 1 version

I think you can load presets by right clicking in the preset section of the Develop module. Try that.

OK, so you have downloaded presets from the net, correct? And you are trying to get them into Lightroom, correct?

OK, then you should have a folder where you put your presets.

Open up LR, and go to the presets section of the Develop Panel.
Right click on any preset (not the preset folder) and choose Show in Explorer (or Finder I think is the MAC equivalent).
You should now see a folder titled "Develop Presets".
Now copy the downloaded presets and place them into one of the subfolders under "Develop Presets".
