Monitor Calibration - Before/After

I've just Calibrated my monitor using Pantone Huey and there is a big difference! Is it normal for an LCD to show such cool tones before calibration?

Now all my images look too warm and muddy, so it's back to lightroom for hours of work :(

I wish I'd done this a long time ago! :rolleyes:

Yes, in my experience, all LCDs are quite cool and very very bright, straight out of the box.
