Guys

A new problem:

I rotate images I have imported, quit LR, then the next time I launch LR most but not all have defaulted back to the original orientation. Some do stay rotated, but the majority dont. You can imagine how annoying it is!

Has anyone else experienced this and have any suggestions?

Experience is something you get after you need it.
5D+Grip, 24-105L, 17-40 L, 100-400 L, 400D+grip, EFS17-85 IS, EFS17-55IS, EFS60Macro, EF70-300IS, EFS10-22, 580EX2 flash, Manfrotto 190ProB & Ballhead. Plus a bunch of bits.

I've never had to rotate an image in LR - I set the camera to rotate them, and LR has never missed a beat getting it right.

But, I will try it over the next while to see what happens - a "sometimes" quirk is difficult to pin down (I tried it once a moment ago and it worked properly, but once doesn't prove anything).

"Everyone has a photographic memory, some just don't have film".

Perhaps I forgot to put film in - but I don't remember.
