Took this yesterday at Cerne Abbas - See this BBC news story for more info:

There was a constant stream of visitors takin' snaps of it - Including me!

I saw about Homer on ITV one morning last week, him being up there on the airy mountain
it was remarked by those in the chair 'well. no worries the rain will wash it all off '

the torrents came

seemly he's still there
very nice to see the picture , didn't realise it was so close to the other fellow

Homer must have got his Y fronts in Parks and Fences
no chance the other fellow could get a pair........ even at this late hour ?

Well how are ya to disprove it if some of them later develop a bun in the oven - a DNA test? ;)

Borderline acceptable 3Turnips, tho' clearly it is a Duck of sorts. As to the 'Party' well this isn't that kinda haunt. The Tupperware thread already fulfills a need for the socially isolated chatterbox crowd. This is a slow burn for those of a more intelleKtchewal persuasion ;-)a

Here responsibility is taken individually rather than everything being put on a plate for you. This isn't a universal teat for those weaned too soon or too forciably. Many of us are also busy with other threads and general shooting and livin' projects ... this is not the sole centre of our pitiful universe

I wondered were these very like the ziplock bags you sent away for Dave?
I get them all the time for lotsa things. in Tesco
( theres one (tesco supermarket) in every packet... or town near us all)

all sizes to be got. small medium large
10 medium ( really nice and big for medium) are around 3 euro

just wondering whats the difference, if there is one
I can't remember where I saw you posted about them and the price (if you did say)
maybe the lock on the zip is tighter and so sand etc will not venture in but so far I have had no problems

I know you don't like shopping Dave . I am not at all well ordered , not as much as you are with other things , thats for sure
I just happened to come across the bags years ago as I do an awful lot of grocery shopping... which would explain it. they are on the household shelf (glad bags they are called) of the supermarket . I was looking for something else and found them
the greatest thing since the sliced pan.
there are other kinds too with no ziplock for throwing away kind of thing when finished with

you were right to suss the bags out on the internet
(maybe)
am wondering what they cost Dave ?
I am always interested in the differences ,thats all

There have been (unconfirmed by me) reports that people are now 'doing the deed' in the middle of Homers Doughnut for the same reason  - Hey, who knows, it may even work... ???

:lol::eek:
I thought the deed was usually done in the middle of the woman's doughnut

when and if they do get the little chislers they are preying for I hope that they drag them up properly for the next donkey's of years. some just collect them (like everything else )until the trouble and effort needed to keep them on the straight and narrow as much as possible is way too much and the couple in that doughnut making whoopee now will fall out of the ring of responsibility

The poem was render'd with affection and her racial origins remain unknown and irrelevant, at least to me :-)
