Planthopper nymph - what look like tails are, or so I have read somewhere, congealed urine.

You got a poof bug with bum fluff!!!!! I love those things.

Apparently, they're called two-striped planthopper nymphs.

Man, I wish I could have got a better photo. Those things are so tiny. I have a hard enough time holding my macro lens still enough to even get a big flower in focus. These guys are so fast running from the top to underneath the plants too.
