re: shipments from 'States to Canada

When shipping from say B&H if you use US mail delivery it doesn't have any broker fee on it other than Canadian taxes paid on this end at Canada Post.
If you use the B&H shipping drop down menu and select say UPS or Fed ex(to get faster arrival time) do they add extra broker fees or charges when you have it delivered from them or is it included in their shipping charges listed in the drop down menu table at B&H.

us mail delivery will charge 5 bux + gst

UPS expedited will only charge gst at the door
