alright i know its possible but how do it do it, padi shoot need pro help here

ok i did a shoot today in a garage that didnt have the walls painted today i thought i could fix them in cs2 but everything i am trying just isnt working. please take this pic and edit it, i need to know how to make the background wall completely white, with out the dry wall strips but it needs to be clean and professional , like it was always there, i know it can be done, who can help me.

i have about 200 pics like this with 4 vehicles, i dont want to give there money back but i wont deliver a product like this. somebody help me, if you need the original i can email it just pm me.

Magic wand to select, then either the paint bucket or gradient tool. Gradient might look a little more natural. Here's my 20 second effort, problem's the hair.

thanks for the try, i appreciate it, but i am looking for more then a 20 sec effort, this is important stuff, can anybody tell me how to do it smooth and natural

I was describing how you would do it, I was just seeing how easy it was. Another method is the extract filter, but that usually looks fake.

Honestly I tried this a few times, and decided it was WAY easier to take the photo right the first time. If you can paint then reshoot do it. If not you could outsource the work. I would expect doing this fix for 200 images would take you days of work.

If the movie Deckham posted doesn't help, this might be a job for one of the advanced masking plugins such as Fluid Mask. Masking hair and getting it to look right can be a real nuisance.

Here is my 10 minute attempt. I just slightly altered the background color.

EDIT: I could clean up that one little spot above the hood but again it was just a quick attempt

There are many tips around if you look hard enough. this link was sent to me a long time ago when I had a similar problem to you. It takes a while to get the hang of it - but just run it on your 2nd monitor (if you have one) while you're working until you have it stuck in your head.

This took about 15 minutes, but the results are not bad. Also, I would not go with pure white walls - just clean light walls. Stark white looks really fake.

Being that this was a paid shoot.........I would say you owe those who edited your stuff a brewski . Nice job of editing too......gotta love this forum

I can professionally edit your photos to make the background one color...Not for free of course . It will take tome to do each of your files.
