I've now bought myself a 70-200 f/4L IS, which probably gets me into some sort of inner sanctum - and I have now taken a picture of a duck. Does that mean that I'm an accepted member of the club now?

Do you know the secret "hand shake"? :-)

With a 70-200, an "L" and a duck shot, you must be something!! :-)

Superdiver - not only do I have a 70-200 and a picture of a duck, I also went to Ketchican two years ago (the place that measures its annual rainfall in feet rather than inches, right?). I also remember Dolly's Brothel, but we won't go into that:D

how do you like the lens by the way? I've been waiting to pull the trigger on it. How are the indoor shots?

First of all, I've no idea where to find a bullfrog in Hertfordshire:lol:

Secondly, the lens is superb. I've taken indoor shots at f/4 and they are beautifully sharp. I would recommend that you go and pull that trigger!

Roy,
The DUCK is now a member of the club, the photograph has done absolutely nothing for your personal standing. I laso believe that you should have got the duck's signed waiver before publishing this picture....did you?...No, I bet you didn't. Your type are just using animals for your own personal gain and gratification....be a man and go fowards on your own merits. Bob
