There once was a cat, quite a nice one,
Who found itself trapped in a Dyson.
It started to squeal,
"Is this friggin' real"?
What a great day for the mice, son.

My response is most likely too crude.

what's a Char?.. and I don't think the cat is the issue.. Nope, I think it's the vaccuum... yep, my take is that it's too dirty to keep up with the cat.. who, by the way is always blameless.. I mean, if anybody has ever been around a cat you do know that they are at a level above the normal house pet..

I'm assuming that the contents of the Dyson pertain more to a ceremonial de-fluffing of the cat, rather than a navel lint-mining expedition on your part, Dave. If that is the sort of thing that comes off your cat regularly, then I imagine furballs are a problem for both of you, and would advise you to stop licking your cat, and to invest in some Hairball diet.

You don't need a hamster, just stick your hand in....be sure to video it for YouTube, it'll be a smash!

No one is blaming him, as such. The Cat lives within an urban environment. He sheds fur. The two do not go together ... and there are two pussies here too  So, something had to give.

Thank you Doc Stevo ... your diagnostics seem sound. Does the hairball diet involve eating significant quantities of ice-lollies?
