Great Blue and American Bald

Here are a couple that I shot a month or so ago. I know the Bald Eagle is small, but it was VERY far away.

A bad eagle shot is still a pretty darn good day for me. They are fairly rare around here. (Northern Ohio)

Even though it was taken at some distance, it is nonetheless a nice shot. Amazing to see that you have Bald Eagles over in Ohio.

It was near Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge/Crane Creek State Park, almost to Toledo.

It is about a 80% crop, (nice to have 8 mp to work with) best guess is that the bird is at least 1 mile away.
