How do you achieve this retro old film look?

i REALLY love this older like 70s style playboy esquire film look. this was shot digital how would you get this type of look off of a regular digital shot anyone with some mad photoshop skills could you take a regular photo and get it close to this look and tell me i will be your bestest friend :) Im sure some of it has to do with lighting but i know the look has to be achieved in photoshop...
