barrell races (now with images)

my first post with attached images. I have read and learned a ton from all of you and I thank you. I also just got the 70-200 2.8 lens and have been using it on 30d to shoot the barrel racing event. The settings were ISO 3200 ss 200 ap 3.2 any advice on how to improve these I would really appreciate.

I like #2 better. I wish I could see more of the rider's face, but I like how her hair is flying up behind her. It gives the image a sense of speed and motion.

lighting doesn't look too bad. I think you should try and stay away from iso3200. if anything just use 1600 so you have less grain. then take your fstop to 2.8. You can prolly get away with keeping the ss to 200 or you could go 160 which I think is right before it. If you try and pan your shot with the riders you might be able to get rid of the bg a bit when you shoot. and looking at it again, your whites do look a bit overexposed so you could get away with 1600. And mikel has a point with the face. would help the pic out a lot if we could see them better.
nice job with everything though. I've got to use that lens several times and it's definitely on my wish/want/need list
