Has anyone in Canada ever ordered a camera online from the US? What are the duty/brokerage fees like? Is it still worth it? I noticed the prices in the US are a lot less right now with our good exchange rate but if there is a high duty rate and brokerage fee on top of the PST/GST then it won't be worth it.

bannedPermanent ban

In a nutshell: No customs duties for camera gear, you just pay PST/GST, depending on a province.
Brokerage fee can be painful, but if you chose UPS Expedited, it is included.

There are some more good options, for details check out the links..

What we see depends mainly on what we look for.
