Actions for PSE5

I'm looking for actions that work with Photoshop Elements 5. Something that will enhance an image with people in it. Make it pop, brighter, and other special effects like that. Many that I've come across only work with Photoshop and not Elements.

There are also free B&W, Sepia, Snow, Sharpening, 3D Border, Lomo, Orton, High Contrast and Colour Blast actions Here. They all work in PSE5 except for the sharpening one.
