The two best f4 zooms available. It comes down to whether you will walkaround with it a lot or whether you will nail it to a monopod or tripod mostly. If I were shooting outdoor sports with a monopod mostly I'd go with the EX easily. Otherwise, the L is the better all-arounder.

Yes I thnk if my main purpose ws going to be outdoor sports then the sigma would be in the lead, but as that going to be a side usage i think ill just get the 70-200, as i think the IS will come in handier than the extra stop of the sigma

:D Any Photo is better than none:D
All the best, James.

Just got back from seeing it. What a long movie. Action-packed, but long. Too many cheesy lines, but that movie is a total throw-back for me. I give it 4 stars out of 5.

BTW, here are my best emoticon imitations:

Autobots -------> :)
Decepticons ---> :evil:

Pretty good, yeh? :lol:

The 70-200 f4 L and 1.4 TC absolutely! I used to use this combo and it worked great!

I'll agree on the cheesy lines, but I didn't think it was too long at all. I could have watched much more. I can't wait for the sequel already...
