i have a simple question. just started playing with an Xti and HDR this past week... one thing i noticed is some of the samples i found online are using more than 3 photos... i can get the Xti to take the 3 at the same time with the differant exposure settings, but is there a way to take 5 or 7 like i have seen online with the XTi???

thanks.!!

here is a sample

I've experimented with HDR, and am not an expert.

But it's my impression that you can use as many as you want. However with the xti, as I have, with one burst you can only take 3 images. Having said that, there is nothing to prevent you from resetting and taking another series of images. Just make sure that your camera settings remain the same, except for the change in exposure spread.

Use Av. First burst 0 EC, then +2 EC and -2 EC. That will give you 9 shots with 2 of them redundent and a seven shot spread.
