I have no idea whats happened but CameraWindow MC no longer wants to work, reinstalled ZB (which is attached to it right?) but the thing wont work, so is there any other software that can do it? CW MC was great, insert the CF Card in to the reader and it would automatically dump the card to the destination folder.

thanks for helping.

I could give you an application I made for this!
The application handle more than one camera. For each camera, it save some settings, like the directory where to transfert the files and the disk where the CF card is installed. After a successfull transfert, you can erase the CF card. Works for all Canon cameras.
