Do I get more DPI when shooting in RAW? How can I get more DPI out of my 20D? Or how can I change the DPI to be 300?

Shooting RAW won't give you more DPI. DPI is only relevant when printing out an image in determining the final size of the print. Shooting RAW gives you the same number of pixels as shooting in JPEG at the largest resolution.

1) No, shooting RAW will not give you more DPI.

2 & 3) You can get 300 DPI in by making a change when processing. What software do you use? If we know that, we can tell you how to change the DPI.

Good, same as what I use. I BELIEVE it is under the "Image" drop down, but I might be wrong - in any event, find the "Resize Image" menu. You will get the following dialog box:

IMAGE NOT FOUND
MIME changed to 'text/html' | Content warning: data

Under the "RESOLUTION" heading, just change the value there to 300, and make sure "Pixels/inch" is selected, and that will change the DPI to 300.

Thank you for allowing me to be of service.

It's actually PPI :-) (Pixels per inch) - DPI (dots per inch) are used for printers.

For display on screen, the ppi value means absolutely nothing - It's only when you come to output to printer or printing press etc. that it starts to matter, but even then it's just used to tell the device what size it should print it.

@300ppi a 6" x 4" print needs to be 1800 x 1200 pixels (300x6=1800 & 300x4=1200)
