Hi

In 2004 the Queen of the Netherland died (Juliana van Oranje)!

I was present at the moment the her body was transported to
the Tombe (where her parents are burried)!

I was able to make a impression of her last voyage!
The camere i owned at that moment was the Fuji S7000 + tele converter
and wide angle converter! (i whish i had the equipment then that i own right now)!

I was wondering what you think of the report i made of it?

Thanks for looking!

Richard

Nice series. Given the equipment you had, it came out great.
My favorite photos are #1 (I like the media setups, because that is what I see all the time). # 24, by far the most emotional of the whole series, and well composed. #26-27, I am not sure which one is better, but I love that wider view, showing the flowers.

The only other suggestion I would make, since it is press oriented, I would have set the timeline with just a few photos, the whole thing in 12-15 photos max. Usually the standards are 6-8 photos to give someone to choose from (say the Editor).

But you did one fantastic job working out on the rain.

Congrats :)

Having Dutch connections (via marriage) I enjoyed looking at the series. The rain and greyness adds to the mood. I'd consider being selective about the number of shots to keep the interest of the viewer however. A lovely piece of history.
