I ordered a 30D 10 days ago and paid for 2 day shipping. My order still says processing. When I call every day they say the camera is on the way from Canon to them and should be here today (they say today, everyday)

Obviously telling you every day is a total load of crap the least they can do is give you an accurate date. At least if they said we will have the shipment on X date you know when its coming. I hate when vendors do that Canon 1DMKII, 7D, 5DMKII, 1D MKII

After 5 days I canceled my order, which took an additional 3 days to process the cancellation. The price was great ($2150), and the people were nice enough so no hard feelings on my end... Corey

Jul 11, 2007 19:00 | #12 Well I cancelled my order yesterday. On Monday they said it was being shipped and the website would update. When the website didn't update on Tuesday I called back and they said it has not been shipped and it will be a couple more weeks before they get the camera from Canon. So I cancelled my order and they said no problem. In a couple hours the website said order cancelled. Today, their website is down because they did not renew their domain name. I hope this doesn't show up on my CC bill. I'm gonna call them tonight. Fitty Dee, 30D, 17-55 2.8 IS, Σ 10mm 2.8 FE, Σ 30mm 1.4, Canon 50mm 1.8, Canon 100 2.8 Macro, 70-200 F4L, 430EX

Go online and check it out. That way, if there is an issue, you can immediately dispute it with the card company.
