Roller streaks

I am getting streaks from my printer rollers on all my shots is there any way to allievate this problem? It looks like the ink is not dry and the rollers are leaving the streaks. Clean? Pressure adjustment? By the way it is a Pixma IP 6600D

Don't know how that would help. By the way paper is Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy.
