I have just upgraded to from CS2 to CS3 and got the program yesterday. My problem is I can't load up the program!

I put DVD in and it comes up with a window with lots of stuff in (mostly read-me files etc) I click on the CS3 logo that opens up another window which gives me the CS3 Setup after I click on that it says

System Requirements Error
This software cannot be installed because the file system of the OS volume is not supported

I have downloaded OSX 10.4.10 as I though that might be the problem but no same again!

I called Mac support who said it is probably an Adobe issue yet they are not in at the weekend!

Any thought you guys out there?

You aren't trying to install it on an external hard drive or anything? What Mac are you using? The error suggests it being an issue with a hard drive.

I think you have to install on your boot volume because CS3 puts a bunch of junk on your computer and they all have to go in the right place.

"Raw" is not an acronym, abbreviation, nor a proper noun; thus, it should not be in capital letters.
