They come as a set, and are less expensive than the Canon tubes. Since there are no optics involved, the most important aspect is the electrical contacts, and they seem to be fine. I have had them on the camera, but I have not yet shot any images. Rick

By the way, arnt the canon extension tubes, only meant for the L series glass, and even then dont some of them turn off the Autofocus automatically. You are confusing extension tubes (that are nothing but tubes with no glass and provide macro/close-up capability by moving the lens away from the sensor) with extenders - sometimes called tele-converters - that do have additional optics and increase the focal length of the lens. =============

I shot some flowers at a botanical garden with the Canon EF25 II extension tube with my 70-200f4.0L lens to get shots of flowers.
