what do you think about the sepia effect??

It looks a little flat against the background. Tone and pattern of the streetcar is similar to the facade grid on the building which tends to merge the two. Had the streetcar been a darker tone, I think that this would have been very nice.

I like the sepia effect but feel the same as Dale about the contrast of the building and the subject - can you darken the background a little to make it stand out more?

One more vote that the overall effect is flat. It's an interesting photograph, however.

Apart from what others are saying, I like trying to make it look like an older photo, but you may want to come back and reshoot when the modern-looking car is not parked in the street. I think it would be a more enjoyable photo for me if it were not there.

Good point. I didn't notice it when I first looked at the image, but now that you mention it, it does take away from the nostalgic feel.

I agree, but you need to work on the PS. The top and bottom halfs of the picture don't match.
