I'm preparing images from a Quinceanera with a text overlay and I need to know how to add a tilde over accented words. Anybody know how? Thanks

Like Anke is suggesting, it depends a lot on the software and font you are using. If your font does not have that character, you could create Titde in a seperate layer and place it above the char you need to modify.
