Pretty simple question. A client wants 50-60 web sized photos of a local shopping strip, capturing the style and high class feel for a presentation he is doing about remodeling a local (to him, in another state) shopping center.

I figure it will take about 2 hours to shoot, 1-2 hours to resize and edit.

What would you charge?

Sounds like 1/2 day commercial rate job. I do several small jobs like this per year for local advertising/marketing firms. I charge $600.00. Your mileage may vary.

Something tells me the rates in west palm beach, FL are not the same as in Toledo, OH. I'd charge him a half day if you can actually do it in a half day, but to get 50-60 keepers and post process them sounds like at least a full day to me!
