I'm curious to what age all of you started taking pictures with your first SLR, as I am young also.:D

(edit) - age? and camera?

I'll start :

15 - Canon XT

First SLR I ever laid my hands on was my Dad's Minolta (101?)

My first owned SLR was a Canon T70
Then I "regressed" to an AE1
Moved way up to a pair of T90s
First dSLR was a 20D
Just got a 5D today

Good luck with your photographic endeavors...

At 13 my Dad bought me a camera called a Canon Canonet. I do not have any photos to post, but it was a small camera and I used it for quite a number of years.

I love those things. Great little rangefinders. Im after one of the later models of it or perhaps a canon Demi (half frame RF)
