While deciding between the 70-200 f/4 and the f/2.8 I did some price checking here in Korea.
Oddly, the 2.8 is only 50% more expensive than the 4 here. 1,500,000 Won vs. 1,000,000 Won. At B&H it is twice as expensive.
I guess I will have to get the 2.8. Shucks. I have started working out by taping the 28-135, 50 1.4, and 17-40 together and doing curls.
BTW, if you are planning on moving to Korea, DON'T wait to buy equipment here. There is 1 authorized dealer in the country and the equipment is WAY overpriced. If you buy it from B&H it will get searched by customs and taxed to the level that you pay here anyway.
