Duncan, does the Broadband express collect

I had planned to collect, what time @ your place? Scott, presume you'll be Moppies less five minutes?

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:

Im thinking 6:30 ish, we need to meet Lil-Miss somewhere to.

Lil-Miss since you know where we are going, suggest somewhere we can meet in both cars, and we can from there?
I think your Manukau way?
If so can leave from your place, after Duncan collects the Shrimp, Scott and myself?

Yeah we're Manukau Heights - about 10-15 mins from your place Moppie.... dgcorner (John) is coming with us and meeting us at our place at 6.30.... we could meet at BP on the side of the motorway at Drury to allow for any stockpiling or anything... or we can just meet at our place and carry on.... whatever you guys want to do...

i'm guessing it will take about an hour and a half max to get there... so that would mean getting there about 8ish (leaving at 6.30 from Auckland), allowing for traffic and parking and then hiking into the stage or whatever.. :D

I've just found me a more detailed map than the RallyNZ one... topographical one here from work which might be handy.... :) unfortunately no extra roads have popped up that they didnt show though, which is what I was hoping for :)

Still, gives us a good idea of the lay of the land, from which we will know how many hills we have to climb :)

How about we meet at your place at 06:30 then, and go from there.

Duncan, that means Collection from my place a 06:17 and from Scotts at 06:12

Sorry guys, I just have too much on this week, so I'm gonna pull out of the rally. I still hope to make it if we are meeting up for dinner/drinks/whatever on saturday night, and if the weather is any good some landscapes on Sunday for a few hours.

Have fun without me

RODGER THAT!

Just need some AAA batteries to confirm they work.
Pete has a working set as well, if we ask him nicly enough.

I have 2 sets of walkie-talkies, around 8 rechargeable AAAs I can bring these along.

I can confirm my two walkie talkies are functioning.
They are 19 channel Unidens, so bring yours as well John, and we can cause all sorts of trouble :)
