When the buidling's designers are so wrapped tight in their vision of "art" over purpose... we wind up with... well it's as if the building has acne. Its facade has broken out in defacing metalic zit-works. It's not the fault of the regulators, rather it's the responsibility of the architects ... or their irresponsibility which resulted in all of the lovely stonework... all of that craftsmanship defiled the way a pimple despoils the face of a model.
