The guy who mows down the hay at the farm I work on pulled the mower into the yard yesterday and parked it. I went to have a look at it and could not believe the variety of insects all over the mower. I'm sure I seen 3 species of jumpers, lots of crabs, 10 or more other species of sspiders, assassin bugs, leaf hoppers, aphids, weevils, inch worms, catapillars, ladybirds...I'm probably forgetting a few, anyway, 2 hours later, back to the mower I go with my camera. Here are a few shots from the Hay mower.
#1 White Crab spider
#2 Thought this was a different species of crab, but turns out its the male crab..Keep scrolling down for interaction.
#3 Enter the Male, she made no attempt to keep him off.
#4 another of the pair
#5 White crab with an Assassin bug meal (I think ID is right)
#6 Yellow crab with leaf hopper snack
#7 Another look
#8 Yellow crab eating another spider
Thanks for looking, more photos to come in future posts. If you live in a rural area, check out the local hay mower after its been through the fields.

. I have a decent shot of a live one I'll post on another thread later. Thanks again.
