I downloaded Yarkshell but have not installed it yet. Perhaps I missed a discussion on this. Could you tell me the difference between this and Yarc?

Yarcshell is a grafical shell around Yarc. To use Yarc you have to enter the options on the commandline. If you use Yarcshell, you have to choose your options with checkboxes and option buttons. Yarcshell manages Yarc.

I just tried it out - seems to work very well! I'm still working out my workflow with this beast. Seems like I come back from a typical event with a few hundred shots, and I'm not having much luck with keeping it all organized yet. On the other hand, I like how the YARC/YARCShell combination lets me work with the RAW format - gives me a lot more flexibility for later.
