Sorry for the late reply Eagle; I've been a little busy. No I don't have an Action as most of my pictures get cropped to certain degree so they are all differant sizes plus I like to try differant borders every time I post. It's easily done though. Just select the rectangular marque tool and draw a rectangle a little in from the edge, select inverse from the select menu or press control/ shift and "I". then select desaturate from the image/adjustments menu or control/shift and "U". Once you've desaturated inverse again to get back to where you started, you should still have a rectangle selected. Go to the edit menu and select "stroke" In the "Stroke" menu select colour and pick black, on a full sized shot I select 10 pixels wide but this will vary if you crop or if you have a camera like a D1s or 5d which have larger files. Click OK and deselect the marque rectangle, you then need to unlock the background shot by turning it in to a "layer" if you double click on the lock symbol in the layers pallet (the one in the blue box not the one on the menu bar) a "new layer" box will pop up, just click ok. Once you've done that the layer style options will be available to you by either selecting them in the Layers Menu or by click ing on what looks like a little "f" second in from the left at the botom of the Layers Pallet. Select "inner glow" from this menu, again on full size shot I use these settings. Blend mode "Normal" Opacity "46 %" I change the colour to Black from the default Yellow (it's default on my CS2 any way) Choke "43%" Size "32 px" every thing else I leave at default. Click OK and that's it.
While I'm on; here's a couple of variants of shot 7, the first is the uncropped version and the last is an even closer crop than the one previously posted. If you can crop this close with a 1DMkIIn; how good would this shot have been with a 1Ds, although with it's slower frame rate I might not have got the shot to start with
