Well, the girlfriend decided it was time for something new. She traded in her 2004 SVT Focus for a 2002 S2000. It has 26XXX miles and is in great condition. We both love the car, and are enjoying it a lot already. Went ahead and went out and got some quick pictures of it last night. It's hard to stop and take pictures when all we want to do is drive it!

And yeah, this one is dark. But we both like this shot a lot for whatever reason:

I think shots 4 and 5 are the best, but they could be a little brighter. As for the trade, it's good to see that she traded up (way up). Take that thing out on some twisties and enjoy it.

sweet car! always on my list of "I wish i had"...anyways, your pics seem to be fairly dark on my monitor. looks like you just exposed for all the bright spots in the photos and ur subject just turned out dark.
I think you should take some more pics of ur g/f car :-D wouldn't hurt to see more of it. this time the front end :-) have fun

Keep the revs real high, but pleeeeeeeze be oh-so-very careful in the damp or wet: I hear the 2000 can get a bit wriggly.

Good luck, and enjoy!

Very nice! I really like the last set of photos, the background has some very subtle tones and the car looks almost cartoon like with the basic reflections :)

It was on the lot for 24k (2002 with 26k miles on it.) but since we work for the corporation, we got a substantial discount off that. All I can say is it was lower than 20k.

And yes, the pictures are dark. We left the tripod in my car in San Jose and we were at my folks house, so we did what we could. We'll be taking plent of pictures of the car, no worries there. And for the interior shots, they were decently blown out sky-wise so I left them out.

We'll probably go take some couples photos again this week once my GTI gets the coilovers installed and such. :D
