Beautiful.

I know its challenging properly exposing the foreground and background but you seem to have compromised it nicely.

Great capture.

Seems that you did some PS work to rescue this picture (especially the clouds). It has a kind of a fluffy feeling. Not crisp and sharp.

you're right. Some Linear enhancement as contrast and color adjustment and some non-linear curve adjusment were applied through the PS.
For clouds, some noise reduction brings the photo to a fluffy feeling (as you said). Night photography always need to some noise reduction in light sections.
