Which Tripod would you reccomend for 30D+Grip+100-400L lens ?

The go-to setup around here is the Bogen/Manfrotto 3021 tripod with the 488RC2 ball head. Not the lightest setup, but probably the tallest and most stable setup in the under $300 category.
