Couldn't resist the title :)

I'm just about to pull the PC off the network, pack it and put it in the truck with the rest of my gear and take off for "home". I honestly don't know when I'll have an active Internet connection, so my break is going to be indeterminate.

Thanks to everyone who's offered me advice and help, or encouragement, especially (in no particular order) Brian (LordV), Andy (pxl8), Rick (Bald Eagle) and Toby (Racketman). A special thanks to Lawrie B for being a good friend :) A very special thanks to Mark [Andrews] aka Bandit 1 - great bloke, great sense of humour and a joy to talk to. Not a bad photographer I might add either ;-)a Mark and the rest of the British contingent, if I'm ever in the UK I'll (hopefully) look you up :)

Good luck to everyone with your macros, and may the Insects and Arachnids be with you. If you're not happy with your shots, look at others images, ask questions, don't be afraid to ever ask questions. Keep practicing and you WILL get better, it just, like anything in life, takes time.

Cheers,

Dave

saw your sparkling shots of Sydney at night - I hope you are not going too far away, i'm sure it would be a wrench to leave a city like that. Hope to see you posting again soon.
