I personally disagree. I would do what Tim said. Give them a reason to brag about you, not just be happy with what they got. It is a lot easier to get refereals from people who you have serviced, rather than bring someone new in.

Suggestion, maybe after the wedding, surprise them with an enlargement printed ready for them, not just a voucher, with a note again apologising for the initial mix up and hoping their day was as wonderful as they looked in the photo.

i can blame on them for one thing.. not asking u for a confrmation.
but if i was dealing with a professional i would expect him to be professional in all of his communication. so i think it is ur mistake not replying to them.
