These were with the 70-200 at 4am after a few beers, and at ISO1600 and 1/30 sec. The trick is to get the shutter speed down for a blur and then practice at keeping the car in the viewfinder as you pan. Don't stop panning once the shutter's pressed, follow through with the movement. Cheers, Dave.
