another nymph - Plant Bug?

this is smaller than Drain flies I see in my bathroom, tiny white speck:

which ring flash are you using. I still cant decide between the Sigma and the Canon,

I use the Canon which is great except for highly refelctive insects like Ladybirds and ants when the circle of reflected light looks awful. 430ex off camera is a better bet then.
