Just curious how you use this in there, like when shooting a grey card. I watched a few videos of a guy doing it in another program, I'm sure it can be done in DPP, but unsure how. Thanks

Don't want to make any assumptions here so I'll start at the beginning.

Shoot RAW - no WB changes can be made otherwise using DPP

You can cycle thru the drop down list, click on each one and see how you like it
Also in the dropdown list is 'Color Temperature' where you use a sliding kelvin scale to set the color temp and hence the WB

Click on the eye dropper and then click it on something white (but not blown out) within the picture something that looks light grey-ish should work as well. Interestingly enough, if you have additional pics showing down the left hand side, you can also click in one of those to set the WB.

Once finished click on the dropper in the RAW menu to disable it, otherwise where you click again could change the WB again LOL

There is another 'fine-tune' feature but I haven't used it much (yet)

You can even 'Register' up to three custom WB.

I believe that is it.

LOL

yes, just make sure that any other pic you may click for WB is under the same environment (ie: another indoor shot in that series)
