I need help with this camera, can anyone help??
Has anyone had any problems with this camera b4??

You really need to add more info about your "plight" :lol: .

finally some takes notice!! :D
I have been trying to transfer video's onto my computer, im running windows me but it keeps coming up with errors. I have been able to transfer photos ok via usb cable but just not the video. any suggestions??????

What program are you using to transfer your pics/videos from your camera to your PC (Zoombrowser I'm assuming)? Also, what operating system are you using on your computer (Win98, WinXP, etc...)?

There might be some compatibility issues depending on your answers to the above questions.

You should be able to transfer your photos AND video clips from your camera to your PC using ZoomBrowser without a problem.

Thanks for your help, I sorted it out by going to the canon website. When starting the camera it comes up with a window, that needed to be closed and zoombrowser opened. Well i'm off to use the camera now, thanks.
