I have a question. When I need to print off a couple of pictures quickly, I go to walmart(i know shoot me). I have been trying to print off a 5x7 but everytime, I have to crop the picture on the machine.

I want to know why this is happening, I have lowered the resolution but it's still coming up. Obviously if I want to print off the picture, i don't want a cropped version of it. Any advice would be nice.

Hello,

You have a ratio problem between your camera and the 5 x 7 print.

Your 350 has a ratio of 2:3 but the 5 x 7 has a diiferent ratio.

Crop the original picture in PS to the disered 5 x 7 inch ratio/dimensions.

Or chose another print dimension for your printout.

For example:

2:3 ratio pictures can be 2 x 3 inch, 4 x 6 inch, 6 x 9 inch and so on.
These are simplified examples, because there can be other dimensions too.

If you have a compact camera with a 3:4 ratio then you can have:

3:4 ratio pictures, 6 x 8 inch, 9 x 12 inch and so on.

Again there are other divisions possible but I have tried to put it simple.

Good luck.
